APA To Testify Before Congress on HazMat Reauthorization

APA Transportation Committee Chairman, Stephen Pelkey will testify tomorrow, April 2, before the House T&I Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines and Hazardous Materials at a hearing   regarding Hazardous Materials Reauthorization.  Specifically, he will address the Federal Motor Carrier Administration’s (FMCSA’s) Hazardous Materials Safety Permit Program (HMSP) and the on-going delays in reforming this flawed program.
